Ticketmaster announced Friday that they are planning to refund customers who had their events postponed due to the coronavirus.
According to the Washington Post, Ticketmaster will be refunded over 18,000 events that were postponed due to the pandemic. The policy kicks in on May 1. Once postponed shows announce their rescheduled dates, fans will receive emails from Ticketmaster to start a full refund. If the customer does not initiate the refund within 30 days, they will be able to use their ticket to get into the rescheduled show.
Live Nation is also allowing fans to get a full refund for shows or give them the option to donate their tickets.
