Monroe County says nearly 350,000 masks were distributed to restaurant owners ahead of Phase Three.

The county had a drive-thru set up at the Monroe County Fleet Center on Paul Road.

Businesses were able to take 500 masks each, and 700 restaurant owners and foodservice operators took Monroe County up on the offer.
