Irondequoit, N.Y. — The Irondequoit location of Monte Alban Mexican restaurant has temporarily closed after an employee contracted COVID-19.

The location will be closed indefinitely, according to a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page.

“We will use this time to allow our entire staff to get tested and will have the entire building sanitized and disinfected,” the post reads.

According to the post, the restaurant has followed recommendations regarding masks and social distancing as well as proper sanitation.
