How to Stay Motivated to Lose Weight w/ Mylitta Butler

I’m sharing my top go to tips on getting motivated to start and continue losing weight. Motivation isn’t something that comes easy, especially while losing a lot of weight. I lost over 160 pounds in 15 months and staying motivated and how to get back started again when falling off the horse can be hard. Sometimes all we need is a good pep talk. Here are a few quick weight loss tips to help you on your journey. 1. Create a weight loss vision board 2. Identity your diet philosophy 3. Cut out wasted liquid calories (sodas, juices, coffee, tea, etc.) 4. Fix your food on a smaller plate 5. Eat 6 mini meals (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack) 6. Drink 16-20 ounces of water each time you eat something 7. Slow down when eating- the feeling of fullness doesn’t happen until 20 minutes after the first bite. 8. When eating out take half of it out.
